Description
Desperation follows a group of unsuspecting travelers who are arrested and taken to the isolated Nevada mining town of Desperation by Sheriff Collie Entragian, a lawman who appears increasingly unstable and violent. The captives soon discover that the sheriff is possessed by an ancient and malevolent supernatural entity known as Tak, which has awakened beneath the desert town and is using human hosts to spread terror and destruction. As the group struggles to survive against overwhelming evil, they must rely on courage, faith, and one another to confront the dark force that has transformed Desperation into a deadly nightmare.
